Does downloading activate a paid licence?
No. Installation, trial eligibility and activation are separate. Use your valid licence or follow the vendor’s trial instructions.
I already use BUSY. Can I download an update?
Yes. Select your product and choose Existing user in the form. This records your download enquiry; it does not verify your licence. For serial-number or partner-PIN verification, use BUSY’s official download page.
What if the download does not start?
The form shows a direct retry link after submission. Check your browser downloads and internet connection. If BUSY changes a file URL, contact us or visit its official download centre.
